Deborah H. Alderson
Executive Vice President, Strategic Development
As Executive Vice President of Strategic Development, Deborah “Deb” Alderson provides expert guidance on business capture and new market activities, and developing large, strategic customer accounts. She supports SRA’s Growth organization and four business Groups in developing and implementing the company’s strategy and business growth plans.
Alderson brings more than 25 years of experience in the government services business. She has led large organizations focused on technical services, logistics, C4I, systems engineering and integration support for such federal government customers including the Department of Homeland Security and all branches of the Armed Forces.
Alderson holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. She is on the Board of Directors for the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), and is active in the Association of the U.S. Army (AUSA), the Air Force Association and the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA). She has been recognized in the industry as a Washington Post Top 25 Female Executive and awarded a 2011 Federal 100 Award.
