John Reing

Senior Vice President, Human Resources


As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, John Reing leads a talented team of HR professionals in support of 7,000 employees in more than 30 locations in the U.S. and around the globe. Reing provides strategic direction for employee relations, work/life balance programs, compensation and benefits, recruiting, training and development and SRA CARES.

Reing has more than 15 years of experience across the spectrum of human resources including strategy, leadership development and training, employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational development and total rewards programs.

Prior to joining SRA, Reing was the vice president of HR & Administration for BAE Systems. Support Solutions Sector. Before joining BAE Systems, Reing served as the director of the Washington, D.C. Area Human Resources Consulting Practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a team leader at the Hay Group.s Compensation Consulting Practice in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Reing earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from DeSales University. He obtained his senior professional human resources (SPHR) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management and his certified compensation professional (CCP) designation from WorldatWork.
