Patrick Burke

Senior Vice President, Intelligence, Homeland Security and Special Operations Group


Pat Burke has served SRA and our clients for nearly 20 years. In his role as senior vice president, Burke is responsible for leading new business acquisition and contract execution for the Intelligence, Homeland Security and Special Operations Group. Burke drives strategy, planning and execution of business programs in these specialized areas.

Burke has extensive large-scale program management, acquisition and information technology systems engineering experience across a diverse set of clients and domains, including commercial and federal government clients. He has managed a host of large-delivery order contracts that have encompassed domains from C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance) and information assurance to logistics and finance. He also has led successful business expansion initiatives into new national accounts while directing several key acquisition initiatives and integration of those organizations.

Burke joined SRA in 1992 and has served as senior vice president and director of the company's National Security Sector where he was responsible for the design, development, implementation and operations of mission-oriented systems, solutions, services, products and offerings. Prior to his post leading the National Security Sector, Pat served as the senior vice president of the C3I (Command, Control, Communications & Intelligence) Sector, and subsequently the Defense Sector. Most recently, Burke led the Offerings and Products organization that supported the business needs of SRA and our clients in the national security, civil government and global health sectors

Prior to joining SRA, Burke worked as a program manager at CEXEC, Inc., from 1988 to 1992 after a distinguished military career with the U.S. Air Force.
