The Alliant Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (Alliant GWAC) is an easy to use, flexible, multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle hosted by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to provide information technology solutions to the Federal Government through the performance of a broad range of services.

Contract Ceiling: $50 Billion
Period of Performance: A five–year base period (2009–2014) with one five–year option period (2014–2019).
Agency Fee: Contract Access Fee (CAF) is 3/4% (i.e., 0.0075) applied to all costs. Maximum fee caps will apply.
Acquisition Assistance: Agencies, with an approved Delegation of Procurement Authority from the Alliant ACO, can use Alliant directly (Direct Acquisition) or can obtain acquisition services from GSA (Assisted Acquisition).
Available Order Types: Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Reimbursement (CPAF, CPFF), Incentive (CPIF, FPIF), Time and Materials (T&M), and Labor Hour (L-H)

Scope
The scope of the Basic Contract includes any and all components of an integrated IT solution, including all current and any new technologies which may emerge during the life cycle of the Basic Contract. In addition, the scope of the Basic Contract includes information technology systems and services in support of National Security Systems, as defined in FAR 39.002.
