Department of Treasury Total Information Processing Support Services-4 (TIPSS-4)

TIPSS-4 Information Technology Services (ITS) is a multiple award, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with specific support service requirements defined at the task order level. The contract provides information processing support services for the Department of the Treasury, IRS, and Treasury Bureaus, and Federal Agencies other than DOD. The IRS is the primary user of the contract to provide the full range of information processing support services for project and program level support.
The contract is to provide support for design, development, deployment, operations and maintenance of IT Systems; systems security, development of recommendations and implementations, plans for new procedures and changes to existing systems, project management including tools for managing, tracking, reporting, and transitioning large-scale systems. The scope includes the following technical areas:
Information Technology Services (ITS)
- Operations and Maintenance
- Cybersecurity
- Program Management Support
- Host agency is the U.S. Department of the Treasury, IRS
- Open to all Department of Treasury and can be used government-wide
