ENCORE II
Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract consists of a base period of sixty (60) months and five (5) one-year option periods.
Contractors may be required to perform work in any of the fifty United States. In addition, Contractors may be required to perform work in all countries in which U.S. Government Departments and Agencies have a presence. Services under this contract will be performed at the locations specified in the individual TOs.
Joining the Team
Individual firms may subcontract with any of the ENCORE II prime contractors, regardless of whether a firm is associated as a team member of one of the ENCORE II prime contractors, to the extent that the subcontractor’s team membership agreement with the prime allows. Small businesses performing as prime contractors shall perform at least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel. Small business prime contractors may team with other small business subcontractors in order to satisfy the 50 percent requirement. There is no prohibition against teaming between prime contractors. There is no prohibition against second tier subcontracting.
