Law Enforcement and Counterterrorism
Taking a square aim at counterterrorism efforts, SRA’s agile team of software developers, subject matter experts and managers have teamed with law enforcement to create better value and more effective outcomes. Our work for law enforcement includes case management systems and analytical systems to solve violent crimes and sexual assault cases.
We helped create a system to track overseas kidnapping incidents and to support an FBI crisis negotiations unit which resulted in a domestic reporting system for hostage situations. We also built special tools for digital image analysis, as well as symbolism analysis tools that help decipher gang symbols in graffiti. Our systems are frequently used in conducting routine and emergency threat assessments and performing real-time, crisis driven intelligence analysis.
SRA also supports a mission-critical initiative in federal law enforcement that will revolutionize the way information is accessed and shared among local, state and federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies.
With a proven record of success on major IT contracts for the FBI including the successful delivery of 35 FBI projects supporting 18 Units, SRA has gained an excellent reputation for having expertise in systems development for law enforcement and counterterrorism.
