Transformation Twenty One Total Technology Program
Transformation Twenty One Total Technology (T4) is an easy-to-use, flexible, multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle hosted by the Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) to provide information technology solutions through the performance of a broad range of IT-related services.

Scope
The SRA team is providing a total solution to meet the client's mission requirements, including software, hardware, systems integration, networking and other IT services. Services and solutions include technical, systems engineering and other solutions encompassing the entire range of IT requirements. Related IT products supporting the entire life-cycle of a system, including but not limited to:
- Program Management, strategy, enterprise architecture and planning support
- Systems/software engineering
- Software technology demonstration and transition
- Testing and evaluation (T&E)
- Independent verification and validation (IV&V)
- Enterprise network
- Enterprise management framework
- Cyber security
- Training
- Operation and maintenance (O&M)
- IT facilities
While hardware may be purchased within the scope, T4 is not intended to be a mechanism for solely purchasing IT products. Solutions, services and related products covered under T4 will be global in reach.
Service Offerings
A comprehensive range of mission-critical IT services can be procured under the vehicle. These include program management support, systems and software engineering, test and evaluation, enterprise network services, cyber security, training and IT facilities, IV&V, operations and maintenance, enterprise management framework, and software technology demonstration and transition.
